The nutritional value of coffee is ranging from very very little to even less.

People drink it mainly due to its content of Caffeine of which is a stimulant.

It can also help people having a headache, even ease migraine.

Even though it can prove useful to some people regarding migraine and headaches, it can also cause them. Migraine can get worse from coffee.

If having drunk coffee for a while, your body will react to the lack of caffeine if you suddenly stop. This reaction can be a headache or even migraine.

Nutritional value though... Not anything worth mentioning.
