No because you just grow muscle in your thigh so you don't really lose weight you just gain weight.

You probably would end up with much more shapely thighs as the muscle is firmer and it burns more calories than fat does.

Yes, if you don't eat a lot of junkfood and candy. Its really hard training, : ) PLEASE NOTE: Do not stop eating! bread with banana on, and chicken and rice is good training food! You should eat 2-3 hours before training, and fatty food is really bad. You should drink 2-3 liters water every day. You might know all of this from before, but it is important. Hope you understand my english, and kickboxing is the best sport ever! : D < 3 : )

Yes, you'll burn calories while doing so. burning calories leads to weight loss. in fact, it's the only thing that helps you loose weight. the less calories at the end of the day, the better. if you're trying to loose weight you should cut down on certain foods such as sugar and add boxing to it as well. eat more fruits and vegetables, theyre low in calories and high in fiber. this will promote weight loss

It would depend on the person that is doing the training. for example a larger person would sweat more than a smaller person (on average) so the larger person would burn more calories.
