Not necessarily - but you might not get a full dose of the vitamin - since they gradually lose their potency.
The larges dose is in the peal. But the flesh and juice contains vitamin C as well.

No vitamin does. Your body needs a balanced amount with protein, sugars and fats. You can not win a race with just taking an extra dose of a vitamin.
gives daily dose of this vitamin needs, which You cant have from fresh vegetables and fruits ! it cant make You stronger ;)
No. 2,000 IU is a very modest dose - which can be taken daily. However, vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin, and should not be taken in excess.
It should say on the tube/bottle/packet. As Vitamin a is a fat soluble vitamin it is possible to overdose. Vitamin A is indeed a fat soluble vitamin meaning it is stored in your fat cells. The normal dose of this vitamin is 10,000 to 12,000 units daily. If you are getting 125,000 units, you are taking 10 times more than you need. It does not flush from your system as beta carotene would which is water soluble A vitamin. If what you are taking is from fish liver oil, I would cut back today. It can have many adverse side effects such as loss of your hair, skin and eye problems and many others.
