its gunna be hard it took me a year... js... eat breakfast doo 200 sit ups in the morning and 200 in the afternoon everyother day.. do 20 min of treadmill or run the day your not doing sit ups... dont eat junk food. drink water instead of soda... and dont eat anything after 5 or 6
