Every time you open your mouth to eat, make sure you're putting in at least 1 portion of fruit or veg. If you eat 3 times a day (and you should - no skipping breakfast!), you'll be up to 3 portions a day with out even trying, and from there it's simple to squeeze in an extra two - either double dose twice, or have 2 snacks a day of fruit or veg.
