From my basic knowledge I would say a healthy person isn't just one who is energised or perhaps has glowing skin and hair (although you can still be healthy even if you suffer with acne etc.). They also think positively and aren't always down about themselves. Being down is said to lower the immune system so you are more prone to illness etc.

Someone who is healthy eats balanced diet because it includes all the nutrients you need. You have to eat a good amount, obviously not too much or little.

Things like brushing teeth the normal amount of times a day can make you appear healthy.

So there are different aspects of healthiness, I hope I helped :)
