It is a differents from people, some do lose very much and other almost nothing... But the best way is to have a diet like 3 meals a day with not allot vet,sugar,calories, etc. And you have to do everyday work-outs for 1 hour,,, I'ts allot but it will help, run for 1hour. and before sleeping you can do some pilates, And at day if you have time then you can dance it's fun and it helps. No coocky, no chocolate or cola
