Something that worked really well for me, is cutting out high fructose corn syrup from my diet as well as increasing my protein consumption to between 20-30 grams within 30minutes of waking up.

You do exersize, eat lots of healthy food and (remember this) don't starve yourself! Try to engage yourself in some activities like- tennis, squash, running or dance classes. They're really fun. So here's a way where you can have fun and still lose inches off your waist. But remember- drink lots of liquids. Take this information from a 12 yr old who has been to Hungry, why, they eat 6 full meals a day and still lose ''inches off their waist''!
