It depends on what you do. My weight loss journey was something I struggled with for years. I tried being more active, eating healthy, etc but everyone is different and it just didn't work for me. I was losing maybe 1lb per month which was crazy slow for how much work I was putting in. I found this morning trigger which is what turned things around for me.
