The weight loss journey is hard if you don't know where to start. Trainers are going to tell you you need to change your whole lifestyle to do it but it's their job to say that.

I struggled with losing weight on and off for years. I tried being more active, eating healthy, etc but everyone is different and it just didn't work for me. I found this morning trigger which is what turned things around for me. I've lost 32 lbs in 3 months so far and I've always been someone with a "slower metabolism".
