Yes you can focus more on a certain part, like doing crunches and other ab workouts to focus on your belly region, which will strengthen your core muscles and help you lose fat faster. But, if you're losing fat from that area, then you're losing fat from other areas of your body as well. If you have unwanted fats in your body, try losing it and build muscles instead.
Impossible, actually. Once you're anorexic you are going to keep losing weight, until you are the most anorexic you can be, and then you'll eventually die. Why would you want to be anorexic without losing weight? Isn't that the whole POINT of anorexia?
