because your around the age of puberty your body will start changing and this effects your body's weight, fat content, how you feel - it basically messes your head up , trust me i know what im on about i was your age 3 years ago so i still know what your going through just make sure you eat healthy and get plenty of exercise and you'll be fine if you want to eat unhealthy foods every once in a while and you wanna lose weight then go for something fairly light like popcorn :)
