Go on a veggie/lean meat/ fruit/ complex carbs diet. Meaning whole wheat breads, pastas, rice, and oatmeal. Eat lowfat yogurts, cheeses, and milk. Take your weight, multiply it by 13, and you will find your daily calorie intake. For ex: 110 x 13= 1430 calories a day. Also, exercise. BIG plus. Do situps, running/jogging..weight resistance training as in pushups, pullups, etc. Workout for 30 min.- 60 min. A day. Swim, rock climb, ride bikes, it doesn't matter, just keep MOVING!
