I'm no doctor, first off, but I'm female and 35 & used to have cellulite and fat where you mention. I accidentally stumbled on a way to lose it with nearly mo effort at all. I'd even tried running, biking, everything to get rid of it. Recently I lost my grandmother to colon cancer and it led to me studying my diet as well as the diets recommended for people regarding prevention. I could not help but change my diet radically after two weeks of studying. I decided to eat nothing but REAL food, mostly fiber and veggies. It started with some pinto beans, boiled and mashed, served with a red bell pepper, tobacco sauce, a wheat wrap (with 8 grams fiber in it),& a tomato too. A very filling meal I began to experiment with always using beans as the main part and never counting calories. I only focused on taking dairy and most meats off my plate and substituting them for corn or onions, etc. Within 7 days of this sort of a veganish cleanse, my legs started to physically change in front of my eyes. I quit eating breads, too and actually did very minimal exercise.it was literally like the fat was melting off, freakishly so. I started to keep a journal of what I ate cuz I couldn't believe the real results with no drugs or starving. I now look better than ever, only due to the chemistry of the foods I'm putting inside me. It really is that simple. There is no room for cheating in my diet either because it would screw up your body chemistry. I eat TONS of food and now after 3 weeks I can't believe my body. I'm not going to have to wear shorts over my swimsuit again as long as I eat thee foods we are made to eat. My husband even noticed the dramatic change and adopted my "beaniac" diet. He's lost 5 PBS of belly fat in seven days and with no starving, which messes up your metabolism so bad. Hope this helps, its a work in progress but I had to share the awesome results. Have you tried a weighted hulahoop? It will slim down your waist, and for your hips...sit down and eat. JK JK
You cannot do "spot weight loss." That is, you cannot lose weight at your stomach by exercising your stomach. You cannot lose leg fat by exercising your legs. You can only "lose weight." However, not all women are the same. Different women carry weight different ways. Some women tend to have more fat on their hips, stomach, back, breasts, and so on. So, when you lose weight, you will tend to lose fat more in some places than other places, but this cannot be controlled. If you want larger hips and a smaller waist, you simply have to lose weight, and see if you keep some fat at your waist. If not, then your body type won't allow it.
A person carrying excess fat on hips and thighs has a pear-shaped body. A person carrying excess fat on the waist and abdominal area has an apple-shaped body.
You are an ectomorph, google it for any specific workout regimes, otherwise, you just store your fat differently, to lose it, reduce your caloric intake and start running to lose weight.
be proud of your hips, first of all. We are women!!! But, don't try situps and crunches.. that works on the muscles, but not extra fluff fat. just do aerobic work, like running or jumping jacks. Is it fat or skin? try getting the skin tighter with gels, that could work. if you still try situps, do the ones where you twist to the sides.
well MY waist is 27.5 inches and my hips are 33 inches. I'm 5'6" tall and mine seem HUGE i guess it just all depends on your height and if you have any fat on your hips. I barely hav any so ya. I hope this helped...
Ideally when you lose weight you will lose fat. Losing fat is the primary objective as carrying around too much fat can lead to health problems such as heart disease or cancer, particularly if you carry too much fat around your waist line.
Men's buttocks are typically flatter and narrower at the hips. Women's buttocks are typically wider at the hips. Many women's buttocks are also rounder and fuller. Both men and women have "saddle bags", which is extra fat on the sides between the waist and hips.
if you search on google they will have more results for you. bing, yahoo and so forth
A waist-to-hip ratio of 0.70 indicates that your waist measurement is 70% of your hip measurement. This ratio is often associated with a pear-shaped body type, where the hips are wider than the waist. A lower waist-to-hip ratio can be linked to a lower risk of certain health issues, particularly cardiovascular diseases. In general, it reflects a distribution of body fat that is considered healthier for women.
You can only get fat all over your body, but it goes more to your hips if you're a woman than if you were a man.
Apart from liposuction, there is no way to reduce the amount of fat in different areas of the body selectively. One has to lose enough weight for the fat to leave on its own. Abdominal fat and fat around the waist are often the last to disappear.
