starving yourself never works when it comes to losing weight!!! when you're starving yourself your body realizes that it is going to have to survive and function by using the fat it has stored in your body. Not knowing how long it will have to survive off of these, any food that you do eat will be stored mainly as fat rather than being digested regularly. And you do have to eat sometime or you will die!
