Ingredients:
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup powdered sugar
12 lady fingers
6 tbs coffee or expresso
2 tbs Hot Chocolate
3 tbs semi sweet Chocolate Chips
Step one: combine the vanilla, cinnamon, ricotta cheese, and sugar in a medium bowl.
Step two: in a 9x11 in pan lay out 6 lady fingers and drizzle 3 tbs of coffee and one tbs of hot chocolate over them then spread the ricotta mixture evenly over it.
Step three: layer the other six lady fingers on top of everything and then drizzle the remainder of the coffee and hot chocolate
Step four: melt the chocolate chips into a bowl by microwaving 15 seconds at a time and stirring in between. Place the melted chocolate into a plastic bag and cut a small opening in the corner and drizzle on top of the tiramisu.
Step five: put in refrigerator for 30 to 45 minutes
