That's not muscle, that's probably fat you're complaining about. A sensible diet and regular exercise can help to fix it.
I totally disagree, i am a size ten but i event (Horse riding) meaning my arms are HUGE i have more definition in my arms than a lot of men, it is NOT NICE!
