It's actually not an allergy but a sensitivity. I'm extremely sensitive to it. Anyways, since MSG is added to most processed foods, you'll have to fix your own meals from scratch. This means buy all natural foods such as meats with no additives, legumes(beans, peas), fruits, vegetables, grains etc. and fix your own meals from that. You can buy some processed foods as well but you'll have to become a really good label reader to determine if it contains MSG first. There are around 50 ingredients that contain free glutamate (the active part of MSG) so you'll have to look up this list and avoid foods with those additives. Also many people that report being sensitive to MSG also report being sensitive to Aspartame, which also contains an excitatory amino acid, so I would avoid it as well.
Yes. MSG stands for monosodium glutamate, which is a naturally abundantly occurring salt. It is vegetarian-acceptable.
The acceptable daily intake (ADI) of monosodium glutamate (MSG) is generally considered to be about 0.5 to 1.0 grams per kilogram of body weight, according to the Joint FAO/WHO Expert Committee on Food Additives. For the average adult, this translates to a safe intake of several grams per day. Most studies suggest that moderate consumption of MSG is safe for most people, but some individuals may experience sensitivity or adverse reactions. It's always best to consume it in moderation.
people can be allergic and still eat it but they might get sick!
If you are really allergic then you should NOT eat them. Don't you understand what "allergic" means .
There is no such thing to be allergic to all food. Some people have allergies to many foods, however they can still eat other foods.
Soybeans do not have gluten in them and, therefore, should be considered safe to consume by people with celiac disease. However, gluten cross-contamination can occur if soybeans are grown in rotation with wheat crops, or soy is stored along with wheat.
No, if you are allergic to cantaloupe, you should avoid eating it to prevent an allergic reaction.

No my Doctor has told me to avoid it//
Commercial cat food is loaded with monosodium glutamate (MSG). MSG gives food a savory flavor and sends endorphine-like messages to the brain. These messages cause cravings and sometimes addictions in people and animals. Cats seem like they are always eating because the MSG is making them crave the food they might not eat otherwise.
I can't eat shrimp, I am allergic to them.
no birds are not allergic to anything but sometimes they cant eat certain things
