Pretty fast, but make sure most of those calories are in the form of protein, otherwise you'll have some serious problems... and while you're at it, make sure you get plenty of water and electrolytes.
eat the right foods. lean meat, proteins, vegtables etc.. do some excerises as well sqats, lunges, leglifts. But eat more calories than you originally do it will help
Not really. The trusted basics is still to eat fewer calories.
Because fast foods are high on calories and fat.
Fast food is typically very high in calories (the average fast food meal normally has about 1,000 calories), and any calories a person doesn't burn off ends up leading to weight gain. If they exercised the calories off, then it wouldn't make them gain weight. But most people normally don't burn all the calories they ate at that meal. However, fast food every once in a while is fine, and won't make you gain.
If you mean "weight", eat less calories and exercise.
about 1000 to 1200 a day
1,500 calories a day
You will lose weight extremly fast but when you start to eat properly again youl put twice as much on!
Unfortunately, none of the "fast weight loss diets" work. The formula for weight loss is very standard. To lose one pound, you must either expend 3500 calories with exercise, or eat 3500 calories less or some combination thereof.
This workout can definitely be a fast way to lose weight if you are consistent in your workouts and burning more calories than you are consuming.
Well, the calorie amount at a fast food resteraunt such as wendy's, mcdonalds, burger kings, arbys, ect, would be around 1,000 calories. A small milkshake at any fast food resteraunt would be 1,200. A meduim meal would 1,400, and a large would be around 2,000 calories.
You would have to go to the Weight Watchers Calculator on their website to check calories, total fat and dietary fiber.
