This completely depends on other aspects, such as current weight, current fitness level and what tye of diet you are going to use.
But, being 43, it could take slightly longer to lose 20 pounds, as oppose to a 23 year old:)
she could lose about 2 lbs a week, that would be a healthy weight loss/
It depends on your weight, body composition, amount of daily exercise and diet
So far I lost 11 lbs
How long does it take to lose 100 pounds after gastric bypass surgery is a question only a person having the surgery or a doctor could answer correctly.
You lose fat and gain even more weight from the muscle!
The length of time it will take to lose 20 lbs. depends on the amount of calories you take in and how active you are. At 5'1 and 120 pounds it will take approximately two to three months.
well you don't eat calories to lose weight, you lose them. you have to lose 3,500 calories to lose one pound so i'd say it will take like a year. but if you just eat healthy things with hardly any calories and exercise it will be easier.
you shouldn't want to lose 120 lbs. if you 192- you'd be only like 70 pounds and that's an unhealthy weight difference
About a month and a half.
On a recent episode of The Biggest Loser, trainer Bob said, to lose weight take your current weight and multiply it by 7, to get you daily calorie intake. He said you will have to refigure your daily calories as you lose weight, but he did not say how often to refigure, how long it will take or how much you could expect to lose. So, I think you should be eating 1,295 calories per day (185 X 7) to lose weight.
you do
The amount of time would be negligible depending on the person. There's no logic to why someone would want to lose weight by starving themselves. There are many healthier alternatives than simply by starvation.
