I am 5'6" female 127 lbs. want to get to 112 lbs. I eat under 600 calories a day and am losing 1/2 pound every day. I drink plenty of water and get alot of fiber and protien and still I get very constipated. Even laxitives don't work after the first week. Good Luck!Hope this helps
