It doesn't work that way. Your calorie burn depends on your age, weight, muscle mass and whether or not you are already in top physical shape. There's no general "how many calories can I burn" answer for running, walking, cycling, etc. You can find estimates and find that some activities burn more calories than others, but everyone burns calories differently. ~ T
