I weigh 193 and I'm 23 years old, I work out and I eat healthy. My body needs roughly 3,000 calories a day, which is significantly higher than the 2,000 criteria that you see on food labels in Canada, at least. Handy, since it's 50% higher and it's easy to do the math. If you don't work out, I'd recommend 2,500 or so, since under-eating can lead to health-related issues. Remember, caloric intake always depends on your physical activity.
Be sure to eat from the healthy food groups, and increase your veggies... that's about the best advice I can give you. Good luck too man.

Aout 1,600 to 1,800 calories a day, on average.
Between 1000 and 1500 calories a day
about 1500 calories a day without exercise, if you do any exercise you can increase by how many calories you have burned
That is about 538 calories burned there.
There are 3500 calories in one pound. Cutting 500 calories a day would make you lose one pound each week.
It takes 3500 calories to lose a pound
A 150 pound woman on average will burn 400+ calories per hour on average.
