it depends on if you have a small medium or large frame. don't calorie count its a waste of time just eat small meals throughout the day. and workout 4-6 times a weekout whether its running or other cardio and you'll lose the weight if ur determined and no cheating! and weight lift if u want to build muscle do arms monday legs tues thurs agilty and Friday cardio and biceps

I agree with the calorie counting, don't watch calories, watch the fat you are consuming because calories are basically energy, which you need.
