The number of Weight Watchers SmartPoints in light rye bread can vary based on the brand and specific ingredients. Generally, a slice of light rye bread may contain around 2 to 4 SmartPoints. It's best to check the nutritional information on the packaging or use the Weight Watchers app for the most accurate point value.

The number of Weight Watchers points in light Philadelphia cream cheese spread will depend on the specific serving size and nutritional content of the product. To determine the points value, you would need to refer to the Weight Watchers points system, which calculates points based on the food's calories, saturated fat, sugar, and protein content. You can find this information on the product packaging or by using a Weight Watchers points calculator.
There are 2 weight watchers points in yoplait light very cherry.
2 points, just like the regular Bud Light Beer. I wish they would come out with a 64 calorie beer! That would make it only 1 point!
Well coke is VERY high in calories, carbs, and sugars. I don't believe that coca cola is part of the weight watchers diet. Perhaps, you may have the coke zero or something of that nature. You would be sticking to the program by drinking carb free, zero calorie, sugar free coke :) sorry this isn't is accurate as you wish it to be!! Good luck! :)
A light beer is 3 points, a regular beer is 5 under the new points plus program. If you use a points calculator you will not get the correct point value. Apparently the calculator doesn't account for alcohol sugars.
There are 50 calories in one stick of Weight Watchers's light string cheese.
guessing you are doing the weightwatchers pro points plan, bacon( with all fat removed) normally when cooked in a frying pan with spray light or fry light oil is 2-3 points, yet weight watchers make a 1 point version.
I'd love to know this too as apparently a bottle of light beer is only one pro point now which seems weird. I'm not sure how to work out the points of alcohol since calories aren't counted anymore...e.g. vodka has no protein, carbs, fat or fibre yet it's 2 points. Must ask in the next meeting.
