I would think the less the better. Saturate fats raise the bad cholesterol levels which can promote a stroke or heart attack. The saturate fats typically come for animal meats and skin, poultry with skin, dairy products etc. Yep, all the foods we love appear to be bad for us. However, I guess it's all about appropriate balance.
