It's a matter of opinion, and depends on a lot of factors like bone structure/density, etc.

Muscle tissue weighs more than fat, so fit girls (while looking smaller) tend to be heavier than their nonathletic counterparts. So weight really isn't very important from a health or aesthetic perspective.

According to the BMI calculations, a healthy girl should have a BMI between about 19-25. However, BMI is pretty unreliable since as stated before muscle weighs more, thus making BMI higher. Combination of BMI and Body fat % gives the best indicator.

My personal taste says a range of 130-150lbs would look best for a girl that height, if she is in moderate shape. But again, medically speaking there are a lot of factors that come into play. Weight isn't so much an issue as body fat% and overall health. Just weigh enough to make you feel good and remain healthy.
