Fat makes fat. It isn't easily digested so it becomes fat on your body. Potatoes, bread and all kinds of pasta are starch items and they are also hard to digest & make fat. You could cut down on meat - but don't stop eating it - just eat less. Instead of eating a whole hamburger, throw away part of it. Try eating lots of fruits & vegetables.

One neat trick, is to eat real slow and chew each bite 25 times. You can only eat food that requires chewing. Then, stop eating after 15 minutes and you'll lose weight fast.

Just try to eat healthy, watch your portions, and exercise whenever possible. Also try to be happy with who you are!! Just because you are not a size 0 is no reason why you should feel badly about yourself!!
