Not big, but overweight. Idealy, you should weight somewhere between 120 and 130. i'm 5'3" and weigh 119lbs and my waist is 27 inches. but if u are 151 then you might want to drop some pounds. About 25 or so. but it's not that hard to drop 25 pounds; you just have to work towards it!!!!
