Yes your goal is somewhat impossible. Unless you go very extreme, which is dangerous for your health and can permanently affect you. If I were you, I'd join the Basketball team, and the running team. I'd also try swimming or another very active sport, like softball. That way you can have fun and lose a little more weight, but all through activity. Other losing weight methods can be dangerous do you not take the right precausions. However, is you reall want to lose some serious weight through dieting you should A) At your next doctors appt. ask him about what he thinks B) Make healthy food choices, and don't just STOP eating I wish you luck.
