I just learned that you need about a 500 calorie deficit each day to lose weight. So if you are burning 800 calories a day from exercise plus the number of calories you're burning just from living life, about 2000, you have a 1300 calorie deficit. You probably need to eat more than 1500 calories to sustain your activity level.
A 1300 calorie deficit a day is a not so safe way to lose weight, if that is your goal. You may want to throw in 2-3 rest days a week, or if you do want to workout everyday, then eat a little more calories (500) of any healthy food- fruit, veg, protein, milk etc.
You will burn around 600 to 700 calories, depending on the intesity
700
you need to do 51.6 miles to burn it of
Around 426 Cal's
Depends... the average adult, just existing, burns between 1500-2000 calories a day. The more overweight you are, the more calories you burn (again, just existing). A pound is 3500 calories.. so if you burn 2000 calories a day, and eat only 1300, you're burning 700 extra calories a day. After a week, you will lose about a pound. This is all average, however, and should be adjusted according to your weight/activity level/etc. Depends... the average adult, just existing, burns between 1500-2000 calories a day. If you take in 700 calories a day and you burn off 200 a day you will gain 500 calories that aren't being used which will eventually add weight to your body over time.
1500-700 = 800
yes you will have 200 calories left but you should be eating 2000 calories each day and burn of 500 calories
yes to lose weight you need to burn more calories than you eat for example if you ate 700 caloreis you need to burn about 900 calories that will help you lose weight. trust me it happen for me and it will happen for you
1500 + 700 = 2200
Well, you've "lost" 200 calories. Or your body has used 200 calories worth of sugar, fat, or protein.
It depends how fast the horse is going, and what your weight and height is. On average if they horse is walking you can burn up to one hundred calories an hour. At a trot up to 400. And if you can keep up a full gallop for an hour you may burn up to 700 calories.
