It's hard to say what your ideal weight would be without knowing your gender, age, and height. You should probably consult your doctor to find out what your ideal weight is - but remember that weight itself is not as important as total body fat - a body builder would weight much more than a similarly sized person who did not exercise and had more fat than muscle.

If you do decide to diet - remember that sustainable weight loss through healthy eating and exercise is much more beneficial than just heavy dieting.
