my sister was vegan, but she quit because she decided that she should get more nutrition than she was getting. she naturally doesnt eat much, so when she does eat she should eat something healthy for her, instead of just vegetables and what not. if you're vegan, you can still stay healthy by getting enough nutrition from vegan foods available to you. if you cant stay healthy, then you should stick to eating dairy, even if you dont want to eat meat.
