Yes; I wouldn't do that. In great excess, flax seeds can get lodged in your appendix, precipitating appendicitis or cause an intestinal blokage. Try grinding them in a blender or a coffee grinder first. Flax is extremely heart healthy. Super rich in Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids, flax can be of great benefit to those with high cholesterol.
If you've got diverticulosis, you should never eat little seeds of ANY kind. Try Flax oil instead.
Flax seed are very similair in appearance to seseme seeds. You can buy them in bulk at stores such as whole foods or sunflower market. I buy mine in a pre-packaged bag at Trader Joe's for about 3 bucks. I add them to stir-fry, salads, top off yogurt... they're pretty crunchy and taste sorta nutty - pretty healthy for you too. Hope this helps :)
I first experienced extreme anal itching when eating loads of red meat, salmon, tuna, store bought eggs, walnuts, and flax seed oil. I was on a low carb diet. When I stopped eating so much of the above items, it stopped. I have since heard that a huge problem is that the salmon (farm raised) commercial chicken eggs, and standard beef from grocery stores, are all fed a lot of corn. The corn raises the ratio of Omega 6 to much higher than omega 3. Omega 6 inflames, omega 3 is an anti-inflammatory. In any case, by backing off from eating so much of the above items, and or eating a lot of vitamin c (complex) or eating oranges, it stops the intense itching within 24 hours. I have recently been eating only my own chicken's eggs. They eat no corn or commercial feed. They eat bugs, grass and real whole grains except corn. These eggs don't seem to cause the problem. I am anxious to try grass fed beef. I understand that they are not fed all the corn that seems to cause the problem. For the flax seed or flax seed oil, by cutting back on it, the itch goes away. I wonder if the flax being grow now which is being produced without as much of some chemical, is resulting in reducing the Omega 3 and increasing the Omega 6? Years ago, one had to cook or do something before you could just eat the flax. Same for horses. Today, you can just feed it.
Yes you will. In an episode of mythbusters this myth was confirmed. But you have to eat a lot of it!
Eating six clementines per day is not bad for you, at all. It is a reasonable intake of this small citrus fruit.

You might get sick if it isn't cooked properly. Aside from that, there isn't a lot.
A lot for one item. One meal......not bad at all.
Eating noodles can make you get a lot of carbs, and carbs make you gain weight.
Eating a lot is normal but when eating snack try to eat healthy food cut the hunk food. Eating to get to full is bad because you are forcing your stomach to get big and big.
