I would probably say yes, because I am trying to lose weight for this summer, and my dad told me that it could help you lose weight quick as long as you follow the program and diet. We are also working out in the afternoon and often going to the pool, and I guess there is one more ingredient to fast weight loss.

No, a two year old moves pretty fast and thinks of things to that a 12 year might not be ready for. The 12 year old would have to be a VERY responsible and watch the younger child without fail. Not play with computer games, talk or text on the phone, not leave the 2 year old alone. It is amazing how fast a 2 year old can think of some thing to do and get hurt in the process. Someone older, closer to 15 would be better for the job.
