Pretty Easy,i have done it! all you have to do is eat fruit and nothing but fruit for 5 days! :) what i done was: Breakfast: An Apple 12 o'clock: A Pear Lunch: A Bannana and some strawberrys then from 2 till 6 eat nothing and for dinner make a nice fruit salad with every fruit inside it as a treat fro the day! good luck! :) met me know on how you do!
