Vitamin A is stored in the liver
I think in the bones
You might be surprised to find out it's the skin, which you might not think of as an organ. No matter how you think of it, your skin is very important.
The main nutrient that can be stored in muscle and liver is glycogen, which is the storage form of glucose. It serves as a readily accessible energy source for the body during physical activity or when blood sugar levels drop. Additionally, some vitamins and minerals can also be stored in muscle and liver in limited amounts, such as vitamin A and iron.

Under 600IU per day. Vitamin D is one of the vitamins that is stored in your body, so you can get too much if you don't follow your doctor's recommendation. You can't tell if your vitamin D is low, either, without a blood test, so it's best to see a doctor if you think yours is low, instead of taking extra vitamin D and just hoping it'll help.
well I might be wrong, but that is determined by smart people not saying am wrong, but I think when plants absorbed the energy from the sun they store it inside them to grow. So yes and no yes it is stored, but no it does not transform in to stored energy.
