Yes, because most of your body is or has water in it, so it would be healthy to drink a regular amount of water, including when you're eating. n NO, I don't think so . it is better to drink water before having meal . but u can drink the water in the middle of your meal .but it is wise not to drink water after having meal because it can dilute the digestive enzymes needed to break carbohydrates,proteins and fats
