High fat foods are foods that have a 20% or higher fat content (i.e 20g or more total fat per 100g of food. High fat foods include butter, margarine, oil, pastry (except filo), most shop bought Sandwiches/cakes/pasties/sausage rolls, some types of crisps, chocolate, cream, nuts and seeds.
