1. Lift laundry baskets full of clothes over and over
2. Dance like there's no tomorrow
3. Hold on to the couch while doing backwards kicks
4. Run up and down the stairs
5. Do sit-ups (or lift weights or something) during commercial breaks while watching TV
6. Wear a step-counter and try to increase the number of steps you take every day.
7. Park farther away from your house so it's a farther walk to the car.
8. Hold arms out to the sides, horizontally, for long periods of time to strengthen them.
9. See how many times you can run back and forth down your hallway.
10. And for fun, if you have little kids, lay on your back and bench press them!! :)

The #1 way to burn calories and fat at home is jumping rope. Start slowly, 2-3 minutes a day, and gradually work up to a longer time. I currently do an hour a day and have a body fat percentage of 3.1. Jumping rope is a much more strenuous work out than anyone realizes until they really do it. Good luck!

A nice warm up would be a long walk, dont be slow but dont power walk either
Start with
##Push ups 10 time 3 sets/rep* (repetition)
After 2 weeks increase it to 15 . Has every 2 weeks add 5 more
##Pull Ups **If your house doesnt have a pull up bar its ok This is only for upper body
First few few you'll be barely able to do 5 . Dont give up keep on trying use a small foot board for little support but dont jump up common mistakes freshers do
Then once your able 10 pull ups 2 reps /sets
##AB crunches
Even being a fresher if you push your self you can do this easy
25 crunches in 3 reps
after 3 weeks 50 crunches 3reps and 30 crushes side ways *15 each side
since your doing this at home this will take more than 3 months to show on your body but moment you realize you can do more reps you'll notice a change
Also ABs are the hardest muscles in the body to maintain so dont be much crazy for ABs .
