definitely cardio. if you can, go to the gym in the morning before you eat and you will burn more fat. it's hard but just drink alot of water and eat a small meal afterwords and you will burn lots more fat. also, when you finish cardio do ab crunches. for cardio i would recommend the elliptical thing, try keeping your heart rate at 160+. or you could run if that's your thing. Or walk on the treadmill on like 3.8mph with an incline of 6.5 or 7. this is what i do and i weigh 129 pounds, I'm 16 and im 5'9
