The main idea is to bust out the sugar bugs, or cavaties. The diet produces a mineral, or spray from the food that busts out cavaties. The sugar bugs go away, but only for a short while, which has you buying more food from that diet, kinda like weigt watchers. Nice and interesting question!

Managing your diet is extremely important- not just sugar, but carbohydrates (breads, cereals, pasta) that turns INTO sugar as it is digested. In my case, I can have SOME sugar- but balance that against the rest of my diet.
