Well, "I am a Medifanatic"! This is the easiest, most effective diet program I have ever used. The average weight loss per week is 2-5 pounds, but many lose even 10 or more the first week. It involves 5 Medifast supplements a day (choose from delicious shakes, bars,puddings, oatmeals, soups,cappucino, hot cocoa,Medifast eggs,and an assortment of cold drinks, plus a regular Lean and Green meal, which consists of a lean protein option, and a veggie option. You are also required to drink 64 oz minimum of water a day. I lost 44 pounds on this program, and have kept it off for 1 and 1/2 years! I can't say anything but good about the program!
