your body wont have enough energy or fuel to run on, so your body would slowly break down. Most foods have carbs and if you don't have a certain amount of carbs, you would be eating smaller portions. That leads into getting major headaches and feeling sick. Be sure to eat smaller frequent meals with low carbs and nutritious foods. :)
