Carbohydrates are the main component of food.They provide the first source of energy to the body after Fats.

  4. Glucose availability in reduced :because carbohydrates is the main source of glucose, the level of glucose in the body is reduced up to extent that body is unable to produce sufficient energy to fulfill all the body requirements
