Gymnastics is good for you, but it doesn't neccarily help you with loseing weight. So you would have to do more work. Mabye go for light jogs or ride your bike somewhere instead of going in a car. I'm a level 7 gymnast and i ride my bike to school, than to gymnastics. I hate P.E. but doing your best in that class will always be good.
