A balanced breakfast is pretty much the same for everyone. Oatmeal is good, or breakfast cereal, just subbing almond or soy milk for the cow milk. Fruit. Toast (use vegan butter or whey free margarine). Tofu scramble and fakin' bacon if you like the flavor of eggs and bacon in the morning. Really there is no special breakfast to eat. Just balance the calories and nutrient content like you would for anybody else.
