A healthy body should have plenty of sleep to keep you energized throughout the day. You should also have a well balanced diet and eat lots of nutrients too make your body strong, witch should include an abundance of freash fruits and vegitables. Exercise and freash air are one of the many important things you need too have a healthy life, including Vitamin D, C, B, and A. Salt water and some sun exposer is also good for the skin. If you don't like the sun you can always get your Vitamins in liquids and foods.
