Any food that has Fat listed on the Nutrition Facts Table! Basically all your nuts, dairy and meat (that isn'tfat free, of course).

Good fats that give you energy are:

Omega's*

Regular Fat (but not too much!)

*Found in fish, olive oil and other oils, margarine, some grain products and more

Bad artificial Fats that harm you are:

Trans Fat*

Saturated fat*

*Found in some oils, peanut butters, potato chips and crap like Twinkies!
