There really isn't a fruit , but try this: 1.put your alarm across the room. 2. set your alarm 1 hour before your real alarm time. 3. when you wake up, then change your alarm 15 min. later. 4. keep doing this until your real time, say, 7 am. 5 when you wake up you wont be as tired as usual. hope i helped!! =)
